An update on the king of the beats website. I was hacked over a year ago and many of you might seen posts going onto my site in Russian. I was able to contain the user thanks to advice from my friend @igibe but unfortunately there was malware left on the site which my site provider deactivated my site. Sad to say the site has been running since the early 2000s has had almost all its content deleted. My last posts remain but all images over the 20 plus years have been deleted as has the directory and backups. Thanks to the team at fast hosts that are helping me.

This really is an artist to support. His 5th self funded independent vinyl release. Get your copy from the man hinself.

It is interesting how so often he is left out of the conversation when it comes to the topic of who is doing it. Who is flying the flag when it comes to making grass roots authentic hip hop.

A producer m.c and dj who has made sure are the elements are represented through his music.

Imagine the only uk artist to be featured in the bbe series featuring J. Dilla, Marley Marl, Pete Rock and Jazzy Jeff to name a few. This record holds its own.

I have been quietly working on preparing my self t $I have been quietly working on preparing my self to get productive to get into my head space. Since my, fathers passing. 2 months ago i had a minor heart scare. I am good. Changed thanks to my wifey my eating habbits. No sugar no bread. Just, over a month ago my mother had a fal fracturing her back in 2 places which has confined her to her home where now all the family are doing their but to support her. I am trying hard ro return, to my purpose. Starting with home. Thank you to all that supported and been there. Much appreciated. Love$

his is my childhood friend @distortedimage he was

his is my childhood friend @distortedimage he was intown to see his father for his 75th birthday. He had time to pass through on his way back to Devon.

Lee is a fantastic guy. A, brilliant photographer who ive worked alongside when we was much younger. When we waa kids Lee worked in video shop and knew his hk ans kung fu films we connected on that and a love for hip hop. He waa one of thr first people with sky tv so it was a ritual to go to his to watxh yo mtv raps in its hey day.

He also had his own friendship with my father. They caught the same bus back and fourth to Birmingham for years. My father desribed him when ever he saw him as his mate.

I got a lot of love and time for Lee and his wofe Tanya. We all knew each other from our childhood.

As a photographer Lee, worked for Combat magazine. Meeting some, of the legends.. I remember him meeting Gordon Liu.. From invincible Pole fighters.

Some years back i got to do a tour with both lord finesse and Diamond D. Lee came along and joined us on that tour as the photographer as i filmed. Lees pictures got picked for the official Motown lord finesse project.

Some, of the truly gifted and talented unsung heroes i call my friends.
